About the event
As you step into the New Year, will you finally break free from the expectations society has put on you and choose to show up as your authentic, full self?
A 4 day somatic movement workshop series designed for the woman who is ready to finally lead her own life, rather than being led by it. The dates are as followed: January 4th-7th from 1-2 PM EST on each day. Recordings will be available for 7 days after the event and available for lifetime purchase after.
Uncaged is for the woman who is ready to be a cycle breaker, to find her voice, boundaries and deep self-trust in the way her ancestors couldn’t. The cycle of being caged into what others expect of you - to be perfect and work so hard that you become unrecognizably lifeless - that cycle, it ends with you.
