A Somatic Movement Session


This interactive session invites participants to reconnect with who they really are beneath what stress and burnout have taken away from them. Participants will be guided through somatic movement, breathwork, inner child healing, and nervous system regulation tools to release the stress, tension, and emotional weight they’ve been carrying. 


Rather than just thinking through overwhelm, this session introduces a transformative, body-based approach to healing - helping participants move stress through the body so it no longer stays stuck and connect with the version of themselves that they desire to become.


Participants will experience releasing and joyful movement, intentional release, and moments of reconnection and reflection that support a reclamation of self-trust, aliveness and self-love.
