My Journey With Face Yoga
I became certified in Face Yoga during a season where I felt disconnected from myself and felt I needed additional healing practices. What started as a simple practice became something deeply restorative. It taught me how to consciously unclench the tension I didn’t even know I was holding, especially in my jaw, neck, shoulders, and brows.
It helped me sleep better, feel more present and come back to myself.
I specialize in emotional release, relaxation and nervous system support through the face, thus creating Somatic Face Healing. Somatic Face Healing has given me the opportunity to truly slow down and learn to care for myself in a new way.
